With our Person and Community-Centred Design Approach (PCCD), we create a sustainable solution-based system that doesn’t focus on the girl child only but addresses the root cause of their challenges.
We identify and mobilize communal actions, efforts, resources, outcomes, and inputs to drive comprehensive and integrated responses critical to ensuring that girls are given equal privileges and rights, and are well equipped to make quality decisions, be involved in development processes, and contribute to nation-building.
We strongly believe that to achieve the 2030 agenda, more girls and women need to be involved, just like men, in every aspect of human endeavours.
