The visit to the Nigerian Christian Institute (NCI) was quite insightful.

Students are always very excited when they have to acquire more knowledge for themselves in specific areas of interest. This was no different, as the students had much to learn about mental and menstrual health.

Their curiosity was tamed as lots of questions were asked and answers were provided. It’s imperative to enlighten the young ones on this topic, as this may affect them and their academics in one way or another.

The team had launched out on this course with the sole aim of educating the students and sharing tips on how to manage any mental or menstrual health challenges, as the case may be.
